目的探讨 Survivin基因在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法采用 Envision免疫组织化学法 (IHC)检测 60例肺癌组织和 8例正常肺组织的 Survivin基因蛋白表达 ,并对结果进行相关分析。结果 Survivin在正常肺组织中不表达 ,61.6% (3 7/ 60 )的非小细胞肺癌组织中有表达 Survivin基因 ,与其预后密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 Survivin基因表达为肺癌预后提供了有价值的判断指标
Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin gene in non-small cell lung cancer and its relationship with prognosis. Methods Envision immunohistochemistry (IHC) was used to detect the protein expression of Survivin in 60 lung cancer tissues and 8 normal lung tissues, and the correlation analysis was made. Results Survivin was not expressed in normal lung tissues. Survivin gene was expressed in 61.6% (37/60) non-small cell lung cancer tissues, which was closely related to its prognosis (P <0.05). Conclusion Survivin gene expression provides valuable prognostic indicators for the prognosis of lung cancer
