目的:了解强制戒毒人员HIV感染情况,分析强制隔离戒毒所内HIV暴露因素,探讨预防策略。方法:对2004年-2008年10月强制隔离戒毒人员进行HIV抗体检测,组织强戒在所的强制戒毒人员225名和监管民警30名独立完成自编艾滋病相关知识及暴露后处理方法的调查问卷。结果:强制戒毒人员HIV感染呈上升趋势,HIV暴露因素较多。结论:亟需制定监管部门的艾滋病病毒暴露防护工作指导原则,完善规范管理,防止HIV在强制隔离戒毒所内暴露感染。
Objective: To understand the status of HIV infection among compulsory drug addicts, to analyze the factors of HIV exposure in compulsory isolation of drug addicts and to explore the strategy of prevention. Methods: From 2004 to October 2008, HIV antibody testing was conducted on compulsory isolated drug addicts. 225 compulsive drug addicts and 30 supervised police officers independently completed the self-made questionnaire on HIV / AIDS related knowledge and post-exposure methods. Results: The HIV infection of compulsory drug addicts is on the rise and there are many factors of HIV exposure. Conclusion: It is imperative to set guidelines for the work of HIV / AIDS prevention and control in regulatory departments and to improve the standardization of management so as to prevent HIV from being exposed in compulsory isolation and treatment centers.
