目前农业职业教育的发展与社会严重脱节,沦为次等的学历教育,无法培养出懂技术、会管理、具有创新精神、素质全面的农业专门人才,满足现代农业发展的需要。而另一方面,现代农业的发展,迫切需要一大批既有专业知识,又有专门劳动技能,还懂得市场经营的“职业化”农民从事现代农业生产。农业高职院校或涉农高职专业应重新审视办学定位,勇挑培育新型职业农民的重担,不断推动自身变革,只有这样,才能适应新形势,迎来大发展,创造新辉煌。
At present, the development of agricultural vocational education is seriously out of touch with society. It is reduced to the second-degree academic education and can not cultivate specialized agricultural professionals who are skilled in technology, manageable, innovative and comprehensive in quality, and meet the needs of modern agricultural development. On the other hand, the development of modern agriculture urgently requires a large number of “professional” peasants engaged in modern agricultural production who have both specialized expertise and specialized labor skills and also know how to market. Agricultural vocational colleges or vocational agriculture-related professions should re-examine the orientation of running a school, bravely cultivate the burden of a new type of professional farmer, and constantly promote their own changes. Only in this way can we adapt ourselves to the new situation and usher in great developments and create new glories.
