本文报道对解毒化瘀汤进行治疗温病内毒素血症的临床与实验研究结果表明,该方有抗炎作用,对内毒素有拮抗作用;能保护组织器官,特别是心、肝、肾等重要脏器免受内毒素损害;能调节免疫功能,提高机体之防御能力;对血浆内毒素的清除作用非常显著,可控制Herxheimer反应;对内毒素之生物活性有灭活作用,有直接对抗或抑制内毒素之抗原作用。
This paper reports the clinical and experimental results of Jiedu Huayu Decoction in treating endotoxemia caused by febrile disease. The results show that this prescription has anti-inflammatory effects and has antagonistic effect on endotoxin; it can protect tissues and organs, especially heart, liver, kidney, etc. Important organs are protected from endotoxin damage; they can regulate immune function and improve the body’s defense capabilities; have a very significant clearance effect on plasma endotoxin, can control the Herxheimer reaction; have inactivating effect on the biological activity of endotoxin, and have direct confrontation or Suppresses the antigenic effect of endotoxin.
