龙胆苦甙对正常小鼠肝脏脂质过氧化无明显影响,但可显著降低饥饿小鼠肝脏脂质过氧化。饥饿小鼠肝细胞体外孵育结果表明,龙胆苦甙对小鼠肝细胞脂质过氧化的抑制作用与剂量呈正相关。龙胆苦甙对CCl_4所致肝脏脂质过氧化升高有明显的降低作用。
Gentiopicroside had no significant effect on hepatic lipid peroxidation in normal mice, but it could significantly reduce hepatic lipid peroxidation in starved mice. The results of in vitro incubation of starved mouse hepatocytes showed that the inhibitory effect of gentiopicrazine on lipid peroxidation of mouse hepatocytes was positively correlated with dose. Gentiopicroside has a significant effect on the increase of hepatic lipid peroxidation induced by CCl_4.
