韩明安,1937年12月生于沈阳市。1953年毕业于沈阳财经学校,1957年毕业于哈尔滨外语学院俄语系,1961年毕业于山东大学中文系。曾任翻择、编辑、大学讲师、教务主任等。现为黑龙江省社会科学院文学研究所副研究员,并兼任东北古代文学学会副理事长,黑龙江省地方文学学会、黑龙江省人生科学学会顾问等职。十年来,韩明安以研究古代文学为主要方向。已出版《对联漫活》,《黑龙江古代文
Han Mingan, born in December 1937 in Shenyang City. He graduated from Shenyang Finance and Economics School in 1953, graduated from Russian Department of Harbin Institute of Foreign Languages in 1957, and graduated from Department of Chinese, Shandong University in 1961. Former change, editor, university lecturer, Dean and so on. He is currently an associate researcher at the Institute of Literature of Heilongjiang Academy of Social Sciences and concurrently the vice chairman of Northeast Ancient Literature Society, the consultant of Heilongjiang Provincial Institute of Local Literature and Heilongjiang Provincial Life Science Society. Ten years, Han Ming-an to study the ancient literature as the main direction. Has published “couplets live”, "Heilongjiang ancient text
