The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University actively explores an effective way to reflect the responsibility of social public welfare in large-scale public hospitals. Based on advantageous resources, it greatly develops the telemedicine and network hospitals as the information platform to promote the sharing of medical resources. Embarked on a provincial hospital to play the leading role, the grassroots hospitals for development, the people get affordable “win-win ” health service. At present, the hospital has set up 158 network hospitals in Xinjiang and covered 86 counties and cities in 16 prefectures and territories in Xinjiang.
