针对典型电动汽车的驱动电机与前驱动桥整体式驱动系统,建立了两自由度耦合振动模型。考虑系统的陀螺效应、路面的不平度激励、驱动电动机激励的作用,研究车载驱动电机由于振动产生的转、定子碰磨失效现象,给出了电机转子的陀螺角、电机振动响应与定、转子间气隙的关系,并建立失效分析模型以及进行了可靠性分析,得到了理想的数值分析结果。
Aimed at the driving system of a typical electric vehicle and the front drive axle integrated drive system, a two degrees of freedom coupled vibration model is established. Considering the gyroscopic effect of the system, the unevenness of the road surface and the excitation of the drive motor, this paper studies the failure of the on-board drive motor due to vibration and the collision of the stator. The gyroscopic angle of the motor rotor, the vibration response of the motor, The relationship between the air gap, and the establishment of failure analysis model and reliability analysis, obtained the ideal numerical analysis results.
