采用清热利湿、活血化瘀、行气祛浊的降脂方（降脂胶囊），治疗７２例高脂血症病人，并与烟酸肌醇脂作对比观察。结果显示，降脂胶囊对高脂血症的显效率７５．０％，总有效率为９１．６％，对照组则分别为２５．０％和７２．７％，两组比较差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。降脂胶囊对降低总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）的，总有效率为９５．８％和９０．２％，对照组为７７．５％和７０．０％，两组比较差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示降脂胶囊有调节脂质代谢，降低血脂的作用。
72 cases of hyperlipidemia patients were treated with the heat-lowering and dampness-promoting, blood-activating and blood-stasis removing qi stagnation (lipid-lowering capsule) and compared with nicotinic acid inositol. The results showed that the effective rate of lipid-lowering capsules on hyperlipidemia was 75.0%, the total effective rate was 91.6%, while the control group was 25.0% and 72.7%, the difference was significant (P <0.01). The total effective rate of Jiangzhi Capsule on reducing total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) was 95.8% and 90.2%, while that in control group was 77.5% and 70.0% Significantly (P <0.01). Tip lipid-lowering capsules regulate lipid metabolism, reduce blood lipids.
