目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者血清抗 β2糖蛋白Ⅰ(anti-β2 Glycoprotein Ⅰ,anti-β2GPI)抗体的表达及与实验室指标的关系.方法 选取2018年1月至2018年8月中国医科大学附属第一医院风湿免疫科收治的SLE患者119例为SLE组,选取同期类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者43例为对照组.检测两组患者血清抗 β2GPI抗体,比较该抗体阳性率和表达水平的差异,分析该抗体与SLE患者其他实验室指标的关系.结果 两组患者抗 β2GPI抗体阳性率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),SLE组患者该抗体的表达水平高于对照组RA患者[(10.77±13.80)U/mL比(7.10±5.37)U/mL,P<0.05].抗 β2GPI抗体阳性的SLE患者中出现补体C3降低、免疫球蛋白G升高、抗核小体抗体阳性的情况多于抗 β2GPI抗体阴性的SLE患者(29/39比44/80,21/39比27/80,22/39比21/80,P值均<0.05).结论 部分SLE患者血清抗 β2GPI抗体水平升高,该抗体阳性与患者补体C3降低、免疫球蛋白G升高、抗核小体抗体阳性等检测结果有关.“,”Objective To explore the expression of anti beta 2 glycoprotein Ⅰ(β2GPI)antibody in pa-tients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and the relationship with laboratory indexes. Methods All of 119 patients with SLE treated in Department of Rheumatology and Immunology in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from January 2018 to August 2018 were recruited as the SLE group. All of 43 patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA)were recruited as control group. Anti-β2GPI antibody in serum was detected. The differences of positive rate and expression level of anti-β2GPI antibody in the patients of the two groups were compared. The relationship between anti-β2GPI antibody and other laboratory indexes of patients with SLE was analyzed. Results There was no statistical difference in positive rate of anti-β2GPI antibody between two groups(P > 0. 05),but the expression level of this antibody in SLE patients was higher than that in control pa-tients[(10. 77 ± 13. 80)U/ mL vs(7. 10 ± 5. 37)U/ mL,P < 0. 05]. Among SLE patients with positive anti-β2GPI antibody,more patients showed decreased complement C3,increased level of immunoglobulin G and posi-tive anti-nucleosome antibody compared to patients with negative anti-β2GPI antibody(29 / 39 vs. 44 / 80,21 / 39 vs. 27 / 80,22 / 39 vs. 21 / 80,all P values < 0. 05). Conclusion Elevated anti-β2GPI antibody in serum can be found in part of patients with SLE. The positive anti-β2GPI antibody is related to laboratory indexes such as decreased complement C3,increased immunoglobulin G and positive anti-nucleosome antibody.
