萘普生为非甾体抗炎药,具有消炎、止痛、退热作用,常用于治疗关节炎,其治疗作用直接与血药浓度有关,有关它的直肠吸收未见报道.静脉注射8ml(250mg萘普生溶解于pH7.8的磷酸盐缓冲液),直肠用药为含药125,250,500及750mg的栓剂,用Stearinum B为基质.静脉注射组8名健康志愿者(6男2女),年龄30～56岁,体重58～70
