发光二极管(简称LED),除了具有普通二极管的特性外,还具有工作电流小(一般在10mA左右,但在1mA左右即可发出可见光)、色光艳丽等特性。在中学物理实验中,利用发光二极管的上述特性,可生动地显示二极管的单向导电性、电流的流向、微电流及其变化。现将我们试制的部分实验作一介绍,以供同志们参考。一、电容充放电的演示
