特种舟桥部队车辆、机械多,舟桥器材体积大,训练要求高,人员体力消耗大,因而外伤防护成为一个重要问题。我部从1979年1月至1980年3月,共发生外伤32例,致残8人,占参训人员的2.3%。这不仅影响了指战员健康,在一定程度上也影响了战备训练。我们通过查看医疗登记、病历与向伤员及有关人员调查,对外伤发生的原因和防护问题作了如下分析。
Special pontoon fleet vehicles, machinery and more, Zhouqiao large equipment, high training requirements, staff physical exertion, thus trauma protection has become an important issue. From January 1979 to March 1980, our department suffered a total of 32 traumatic injuries, of whom 8 were disabled, accounting for 2.3% of the trainees. This not only affects the health of commanders and soldiers, but also affects training of combat readiness to a certain extent. We look at the medical registration, medical records and the investigation of the wounded and related personnel, the reasons for the occurrence of trauma and protection issues are analyzed as follows.
