探讨二巯丙磺钠对杀虫脒急性中毒动物氧自由基损害的保护作用,测定杀虫脒染毒前后及经二巯丙磺钠保护后不同组别小鼠血浆及心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量。结果显示杀虫脒染毒小鼠血浆及心肌组织中SOD活力明显降低、MDA含量显著增加,经二巯丙璜钠保护后,小鼠血浆及心肌组织中SOD活力明显增加而MDA含量明显下降(均P<0.01)。提示二巯丙磺钠可增加机体抗氧自由基损伤的能力。
To investigate the protective effect of sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate on oxygen free radical damage in acute poisoning of chlordimeform amylium and determination of superoxide dismutase in plasma and myocardial tissue in mice of different groups before and after exposure to chlordimeform Enzyme activity and lipid peroxidation (MDA) content. The results showed that the activity of SOD in plasma and myocardial tissue of mice exposed to chlordimeform significantly decreased and the content of MDA increased significantly. After the protection of sodium dimercaptopropionate, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA in plasma and myocardium significantly increased All P <0.01). Prompt sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate can increase the body’s antioxidant capacity of free radical damage.
