将荧光活性物质2(4二苯基)6苯基苯并恶唑(PBBO)固定在增塑的PVC膜中,研究水溶液中黄连素对PBBO的猝灭机理.结果表明,该体系存在静态猝灭和内滤效应两种猝灭机理.推导了黄连素浓度与F0/F(膜荧光强度/猝灭剂存在下膜荧光强度)之间的数学表达式,实验结果与推导的理论公式相符.
The fluorescent active substance 2 (4diphenyl) 6phenyl benzoxazole (PBBO) was immobilized on plasticized PVC membrane to study the quenching mechanism of berberine on PBBO in aqueous solution. The results show that there are two quenching mechanisms of static quenching and internal filtering. Derived the mathematical expression between the concentration of berberine and F0 / F (fluorescence intensity of membrane / fluorescence intensity of membrane in the presence of quencher). The experimental results are consistent with the theoretical formula.
