科技的发展日新月异,企业档案管理系统的主要方式由纸质档案转变成了电子档案。电子档案使信息的提取、修改和输入变得更为智能和简易,但与此同时,基于互联网技术的管理系统也面临着更多的安全问题。本文通过分析档案管理系统的现有和潜在缺陷,提出了几点关于安全建设档案管理系统的建议。
The rapid development of science and technology, enterprise file management system, the main way from paper files into electronic files. Electronic files make information extraction, modification, and entry smarter and easier, but at the same time, Internet-based management systems face more security issues. By analyzing the existing and potential defects of the file management system, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the safety management of archives management system.
