中国共产党第十五届中央委员会第七次全体会议，于２００２年１１月３日至５日在北京举行。出席会议的有中央委员１８６人，候补中央委员１３９人。中央纪律检查委员会委员和有关负责同志列席会议。会议由中央政治局主持。中央委员会总书记江泽民同志作了重要讲话。会议决定，
The Seventh Plenary Session of the Fifteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing from November 3 to November 5, 2002. There were 186 members of the Central Committee attended the meeting and 139 alternate members of the Central Committee. Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and responsible comrades attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the Central Political Bureau. Comrade Jiang Zemin, general secretary of the Central Committee, made an important speech. The meeting decided,
