一、前言 港湾水体显著振动是人们早就注意到的一种自然现象。通常,显著共振周期为几分钟到1小时左右。尽管这种长波特征的水面上下摆动幅度不大,但水体的横向摆动幅度却相当大。这不仅有碍于船舶入港行驶,而且如果系泊船只的动态反应恰好有接近的共振周期,则会导致系泊船舶的缆绳断裂、护舷材料损坏等严重后果。
I. INTRODUCTION The remarkable vibration of the water in the harbor is a natural phenomenon that people have long noticed. In general, the significant resonance period is from a few minutes to about 1 hour. Although this long-wave feature is not swung up and down the water surface, but the lateral swing of water body is quite large. This not only hinders the entry of ships into the harbor, but also results in serious consequences such as broken mooring lines and fender material damage if the mooring vessel’s dynamic response happens to have a close resonance period.
