钻床主轴锥孔由于钻头和钻套更换相当频繁,使主轴内锥孔拉烧损坏,而无法工作。主轴内锥孔中心对主轴两轴承中心的同轴度要求精度高,修理难度大,具体要求见图1所示。对于内锥孔严重拉烧损坏的主轴,常规的办法是更换主轴,这在经济上是很不合算的。我厂针对Z35主轴内锥孔严重损坏,主轴上其他部位符合精度的情况下,本着节约的精神,采用无机粘接剂在Z35主轴内粘接一新的内锥套,取得了理想的效果。不但大大地节约了修理费用,而且通过实践证明这一工艺切实可行,具有很好的推广使用价值。现将无机粘接剂的性能和内锥套的粘接工艺简介如下:
