曾经率先进行以“双放”为基本特征的渔业经济体制改革,在“七五”期间水产品产量以年均递增12.8%的速度迅猛发展,并一举突破年产200万吨大关的广东省,“八五”期间又将作何打算?将在哪些方面有所突破?带着这样的问题,我们对广东省渔业进行了短期调查。
