By the Ministry of Railways, presided over the professional design institutes, Dalian locomotive and rolling stock factory, the Third Survey and Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways hosted the China Railway Engineering Society of HVAC professional annual meeting and the tenth railway HVAC technology exchange in July 1997 15 ~ 18 Day was held in Dalian.
