幼儿素质教育已成为目前社会各界特别是教育界的热点问题,人们正在积极探索幼儿素质教育的发展途径。国务院于1992年指出“提高全民素质从儿童抓起”之后,1999年6月又作出了《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》。素质教育取代“应试教育”是客观教育规律的必然结果。而幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,幼儿素质教育是我们培养21世纪建设人才的启蒙教育,这就要求我们幼教工作者必须根据幼儿素质教育的培养目标,
The quality education for young children has become a hot issue in all sectors of society, especially the education sector. People are actively exploring ways to develop quality education for young children.
