语文学困生转化需要有创新意识,教师要针对教学实际,利用农村教学点自身优势,展开分层教学、学法引导、互补帮学、家校共管,重新使学困生建立学习信心,为学困生提供优良学习环境,真正贯彻因材施教原则。农村教学点语文教学的现实困难不可忽视,教师要正确应对,变不利为有利,以提升学困生转化品质。
