随着新药的使用和影像技术的改进与发展,许多常见手术已不断从住院部转向门诊,在全部手术中,门诊手术所古比重越来越大,应运而生的独立门诊机构(如门诊影像诊断、门诊外科中心等)已对医院提出了挑战。为了迎接挑战,医院应加强管理,并在缩短住院时间,缩短病人等侯时间、提高服务质量及扩大社区的初级医疗保健等方面下功夫。
With the use of new drugs and the improvement and development of imaging technology, many common surgeries have been steered from inpatient departments to outpatients. In all operations, the proportion of outpatient clinics has become larger and larger, resulting in independent outpatient clinics (such as outpatient images). Diagnostic, outpatient surgical centers, etc. have challenged the hospital. In order to meet the challenge, hospitals should strengthen management, and make efforts in shortening hospitalization time, shortening patient waiting time, improving service quality, and expanding primary health care in the community.
