大平调作为河南省优秀地方戏曲,流行于豫北农村一带,有较长的发展历史;常以一种农村庙会上搭草台的形式进行演出,观众大都以中老年人为主,演出的受众面十分狭窄。目前,这一特色戏曲正面临着市场的冲击,大平调剧团收入较低,部分艺人纷纷开始转行,现在的年轻人又追求高薪的职业,不愿意从事大平调表演,因此,大平调演员出现后继无人的局面。本文阐释了大平调演员的缺失,以及如何培养专业的大平调演员,并针对大平调的人才培养机制,提出了一套可供探究的方案。
