本文以总产程超过24小时者诊为产程延长。它是临产时发生的一种严重而又难以处理的问题,常见于初产妇,对母婴的威胁都较大。在决定处理方针时,往往非常困难;过早的干涉,可能使某些产妇失掉自然分娩的良机;无限制的任其自然,则又可能使母婴受到不应有的损失。现将我院121例产程延长病例分析如下。
In this paper, the total production of more than 24 hours were diagnosed as prolonged labor. It is a serious and unmanageable problem that occurs during labor. It is common in primipara and threatens both mother and child. It is often very difficult to decide on a course of action; premature intervention may discourage certain mothers from having a natural childbirth; and without restriction of their nature may result in undue loss of mother and child. Now in our hospital 121 cases of labor to extend the case as follows.
