19世纪的中国逆世界历史潮流而动,实行闭关政策。这一政策阻止了中国迅速进入世界历史的行程。中国的历史发展从反面告诉我们,中国的发展离不开世界,改革开放是历史经验的总结。
In the 19th century, the trend of China’s anti-world history moved with the policy of retreat. This policy has prevented China from entering the world history quickly. China’s historical development tells us from the opposite side that China’s development can not be separated from the world and that reform and opening up are the sum-up of historical experience.
