看到《机械制造》84年第9期刊登的“用比较法测量内孔量具”一文后,我们很受启发。但也发现该量具在结构方面还存在一些有待改进的地方:(1)该量具由于百分表装在两测量卡脚之间,因而不能测量直径较小的内孔;(2)该量具必须将测量到的表头读数乘上修正系数后,才能得出实际偏差值;(3)该量具在测量前必须用角度样板校准25°角,方可测量。我厂在测量精镗凸轮轴孔时,也碰到与测量主轴承孔类似的问题。而凸轮轴孔的内径比主轴孔的内径小得多,因而不能用该量具进行测量。我们在该量具的基础上设计了一种新的内孔量具,用于测量凸轮轴
