“ＷＴＯ”不只是一个时尚名词，而是切切实实在开放国门后须遵守 的“游戏规则”。为了更好地了解它、掌握它，使我们众多的建筑 企业在我国加入ＷＴＯ后能够趋利避害，我们特别约请上海同济大学 陈建国教授，撰写有关ＷＴＯ中关于建筑服务贸易基本法律规则的分 析和介绍方面的文章。
