第一批建筑业企业资质就位工作正在紧张有序地进行。在资质就位中也反映出一些情况，根据这些情况，建设部发文建办建〔２００１〕４１号《关于建筑业企业资质管理工作有关问题的补充意见》，现以问答的方式刊登出来，以解疑释惑。
