建设实施全国新增千亿斤粮食产能规划项目是确保国家粮食安全的战略选择,是保持和提高粮食综合生产能力,增强农业抗灾减灾能力的重要手段,是促进粮食主产区农民增收和区域经济协调发展的有效途径,是提高我国粮食产业国际竞争能力的具体措施。本文以诸城市为例,从建设的必要性、项目区概况、建设布局、建设内容和工程效益等方面对规划进行详细的论述。
To build and implement a nationwide new 100 billion jin food production capacity planning project is a strategic choice to ensure national food security and an important means of maintaining and improving the comprehensive grain production capacity and enhancing the capability of agriculture in disaster prevention and reduction. Taking Zhucheng as an example, this paper discusses the planning in detail from the aspects of necessity of construction, general situation of project area, construction layout, construction contents and engineering benefits.
