薄样法的特点是基体效应可以忽略不计,检出限很低,试样用量少,手续简便,因而引起了X射线荧光光谱分析者的兴趣.这种方法开始主要用于水、空气、医药中微量元素的分析,后来日益扩展用于地质、冶金、机械等样品的分析.本文主要对薄样法的原理和应用,制薄样的新方法,薄样法在我国的进展,今后的展望等问题加以比较系统的论述.
