一、关于发动机功率允许差值的规定产品发动机出厂检查时,实测功率经校正后,允许较额定功率有±5%的相差,最大扭矩允许有±6%的相差。这一点符合产品的实际制造情况。过去产品发动机抽查试验时,要求不得低于额定功率,否则就作为不合格看待。因此,在标定功率时不得不故意压低额定功率,而实际上产品的平均额定功率要大于额定值。产品的动力性能指标显得偏低。改用新标
