作者从LOU/C大鼠免疫细胞瘤中获得1R938F不分泌型骨髓瘤细胞,从感染1,500条曼氏血吸虫尾蚴5周的雌性LOU/C大鼠的脾脏中分离脾细胞,并与骨髓瘤细胞进行融合。血清为感染4~5周大鼠血清和不感染的正常大鼠血清。用有限稀释法稀释将产生抗曼氏血吸虫抗体的细胞于96孔微量板内,以正常BALB/C小鼠腹腔粘附细胞为饲养层进行克隆化培养。将培养8天的阳性克隆细胞皮下注射LOU/C大鼠,3周后取瘤肿块、匀化,获得杂交瘤细胞,注射于LOU/C大鼠,2周后取腹水,于-20℃保存备用。间接荧光抗体法按Ramalho-Pinto等
