通过配置HRB600非预应力钢筋的有粘结预应力混凝土梁受弯试验,分析了试验梁的受弯性能和裂缝开展规律、HRB600钢筋应变和混凝土应变,讨论了现行《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》中抗弯承载力计算公式的适用性。试验结果表明:配置HRB600非预应力钢筋的有粘结预应力混凝土梁受力性能良好,可以按照现行规范计算抗弯承载力,且具有足够的安全储备。HRB600钢筋与预应力钢绞线能够协同工作,有效提高试验梁的抗弯承载力。
Through the flexural tests of prestressed concrete beams with prestressed HRB600 non-prestressed steel bars, the flexural behavior and crack initiation behavior of the test beams, the strain of HRB600 steel bars and the strain of the concrete are analyzed. The existing research results of "Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete Applicability of Calculation Formula of Flexural Capacity in Bridge Design Code. The test results show that the prestressed concrete beams with HRB600 non-prestressed tendons have good mechanical properties, and the flexural strength can be calculated according to the existing codes and have enough safety reserves. HRB600 steel and prestressed steel wire can work together to effectively improve the test beam bending capacity.
