1 对象和方法 本组男性18例,女性10例。年龄18～56岁,平均为38.9岁。16例室上速其中1例合并有二尖瓣脱垂,3例合并有预激综合征。其余12例未发现心脏异常。房扑6例其中2例合并预激综合征,2例合并甲亢,另2例病因不明确。房颤4例合并甲亢1例,疑冠心病1例,余病因不明。室速2例均为心肌炎。26
1 objects and methods in this group of 18 males and 10 females. Aged 18 to 56 years old, with an average of 38.9 years old. One of the 16 cases of supraventricular tachycardia was associated with mitral valve prolapse and three had pre-excitation syndrome. The remaining 12 patients did not find cardiac abnormalities. Atrial flutter in 6 cases, including 2 cases with WPW syndrome, 2 cases with hyperthyroidism, and the other 2 cases of etiology is not clear. Atrial fibrillation in 4 cases with hyperthyroidism in 1 case, suspected coronary heart disease in 1 case, the remaining cause unknown. 2 cases of ventricular tachycardia were myocarditis. 26
