民国时期的学前教育师资培养是我国幼稚师范教育走向近代化的重要时期,通过对清末师范教育的改造,从明确培养的目标开始,专门的培养机构的设立、严密的课程设置及培养方案的制定、严格的教师认定聘用制度,使我国幼教师资培养向专业化、正规化迈进了重要的一步。同时,幼教师资培养的改革和进步,又为民国时期幼稚教育的迅速发展提供了良好的前提条件。
During the period of the Republic of China, the teacher training of pre-school education is an important period of naive teacher education in our country.
