在现代机器制造中,越来越多的齿轮齿顶要求修缘,花键齿顶倒棱(以下简称为修缘),其中部分工件必须用修缘插齿刀加工。考虑到当前插齿刀制造工艺特点,修缘部分齿形也是一段渐开线。工件与插齿刀间齿形对应计算,不少资料已有介绍。然而,工件齿顶修缘量与诸参数的关系,特别是在插齿刀重磨后修缘量的变化规律等方面的资料少见。本文针对此进行了一些分析,从中找出了一定规律,对修缘插齿刀的设计可供参考。
In modern machine building, an increasing number of gear tooth tips require chamfering, spline tooth chamfering (hereinafter referred to as chamfering), some of which have to be repaired with shaper cutters. Taking into account the current gear shaper manufacturing process characteristics, repair part of the tooth profile is also an involute. Workpieces and gear cutter tooth shape correspondence calculation, a lot of information has been introduced. However, the relationship between the amount of repair of tooth tip and the parameters of the workpiece, especially in the law of the amount of repair margin after gear sharpening, is rare. This article has carried on the analysis to this, from which has found out the certain rule, to the design of the shaper shaper cutter for reference.
