本研究以华麦 8 号为材料,在土培条件下探讨了硝酸钙对小麦 N O-3 - N 吸收、转化及产量的影响。结果表明,无论施钙与否,小麦拔节期叶片中钙和 N O-3 - N、全氮含量都最高,随生育期推进而逐渐下降。施钙大大提高了叶片中钙的含量。在拔节期钙含量高的情况下施钙,硝酸还原酶活性( N R A)有所下降, N O-3 - N 含量较高。在小麦灌浆期钙含量高的情况下施钙, N R A 有所提高,并促进了 N O-3 - N 的吸收和转化,氨态氮和全氮含量均有一定程度提高。施钙对小麦有效穗数和千粒重影响不大,但增加穗粒数和穗粒重,因而产量提高。
In this study, Huamai 8 was used to study the effect of calcium nitrate on the absorption, transformation and yield of wheat N O-3 - N under soil culture conditions. The results showed that the contents of calcium and N O-3 - N and total nitrogen in the leaves of jointing wheat were the highest at the jointing stage and declined with the growth of the seedling stage regardless of the application of calcium. Applying calcium greatly increased the amount of calcium in the leaves. Under the condition of high calcium content at jointing stage, the application of calcium and nitrate reductase activity (N R A) decreased and N O-3 - N content was higher. Under the condition of high calcium content in wheat grain filling period, N R A increased, and the absorption and transformation of N O-3 - N promoted. The content of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen increased to a certain extent. Application of calcium had little effect on the effective spike number and 1000-grain weight of wheat, but increased the number of grains per spike and grain weight per spike.
