结合减速顶维修工作技术含量比较高的特点,根据哈尔滨铁路局减速顶调速系统研究所在减速顶维修方面多年积累的经验和体会,总结出一套切实可行的针对维修人员的培训模式,而这些模式也仅是整个培训模式的一部分,今后还需不断的发展和完善。
