本文报告以T波倒置为主的急性非穿壁性心肌梗塞9例,并略加讨论。诊断依据:参照Madigan氏的指标,选取以T波倒置为主者共9例,1例并经尸检证实。一般资料:本组9例中,男4例,女5例。年龄50～77岁。8例在65岁以上。既往有高血压病史者7例,其中2例并有冠心病,1例兼有高血脂、糖尿病及脑血管病史;另2例无有关病史。
This article reports T-wave inversion of acute non-transmural myocardial infarction in 9 cases, and a little discussion. Diagnosis is based on: According to the Madigan’s index, select the T wave inversion based 9 cases, 1 case and confirmed by autopsy. General information: The group of 9 patients, 4 males and 5 females. Age 50 to 77 years old. Eight cases were over 65 years old. Previous history of hypertension in 7 cases, of which 2 cases and coronary heart disease, 1 case of both hyperlipidemia, diabetes and cerebrovascular history; the other 2 cases without related history.
