聚磺钻井液体系的钻井废液无害化处理达标难度较大,尤其是过高的COD值和pH值难以控制。采用实验室复配的钾钙基聚磺体系钻井液为试样,处理前COD值高达22466.4mg/L,p H值为11.45,加入MTH-1、MTH-2、MTH-3、粉煤灰和水泥进行固化处理,并对固化剂配比进行优化实验。结果表明,在2.5%MTH-1+2.5%MTH-2+8%粉煤灰+35%水泥最优化投加量基础上,候凝期用MTH-3调节p H值,固化后浸出液COD值、p H值等各项指标均达标。将此配方应用至3个井场的废弃泥浆处理中,均能达到良好效果,固化物浸出液各项污染指标达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》中一级标准要求。(At present the harmless treatment of the waste polysulfide drilling fluid is hard to achieve, especially excessive COD and pH value are difficult to control and reduce. Thus, this research presented the potassium calcium based polymer mud was the sample that was made in laboratory, before treatment CODcr was as high as 22466.4mg/L and pH value was 11.45, adopted the MTH-1, MTH-2, MTH-3, fly ash and cement for solidification treatment, optimized the proportion. The results showed that the optimal dosage was 2.5% MTH-1, 2.5% MTH-2, 8% fly ash and 35% cement, and MTH-3 was used to adjust the pH value in the solidification period. The pollution concentrations of leachates reached the national standard after solidification. This method was applied to waste drilling mud from different three wellsite, and the results showed that the pollution concentrations of the leachates were belowed the primary standard(GB 8978-1996)。
