随着我国旅游类行业的发展,旅游类人才的专业实践能力越来越得到企业的重视。但是在人才培养过程中,高等院校普遍存在实践课程教学标准与行业要求脱节、师资设备条件不够、教学考查方式落后等问题。本文通过对比中澳两国在实践课程教学模式上的差异,总结澳洲在此方面的优势,提出实践类课程教学应融入行业发展动态、通过校企合作提升教学软硬件条件、改革教学和考核方式等新型教学模式构思,以期对我国旅游类实践课程的教学起到指导作用。
With the development of tourism industry in our country, the professional practice ability of tourism talents gets more and more attention from enterprises. However, in the process of personnel training, problems such as the disconnection between the teaching standards of practice courses and the requirements of the industry, the inadequate conditions of teachers’ equipment, and the backwardness of teaching and testing methods exist in colleges and universities. This article compares the differences between China and Australia in the practice of teaching mode, summarizes the advantages of Australia in this regard, put forward the teaching of practical courses should be integrated into the development of the industry through the school-enterprise cooperation to improve the teaching hardware and software conditions, reform of teaching and assessment methods And other new teaching model ideas, with a view to China’s tourism practical courses play a guiding role.
