一个建设项目从立项开始一直到结束都离不开工程造价。因此,工程造价的管理就显得尤为重要了。现阶段不少建设项目的工程造价都得不到良好的管理,从而出现概算超估算、预算超概算、结算超预算的“三超”现象。那么如何能做好工程造价的管理呢?这也是每个造价从业者都关注的问题。文章从设计阶段和人员素质两方面浅析以设计阶段为重点的造价管理。这两方面问题得以解决就从很大程度上提高了建筑工程的造价管理工作。
