为了总结灌区、引水等线性工程建设征地移民安置各种方案的适用性,文章根据小浪底北岸灌区工程的特点,对工程中线性征地的渠道工程部分及集中征地的调蓄池工程部分两种不同征地特点的安置方案做了具体分析论证,得出了两种不同形式的安置方案都能达到生产安置的目标值,但针对不同的征地特点采取的分析方法及安置方案有较大区别。文中的分析思路、方法和结论可为其他水利工程所借鉴,以利于在以后的工程建设中,根据规范要求结合工程本身特点采取不同的分析方法及安置方案,使移民安置方案更具可操作性,便于工程建设的顺利实施。
In order to summarize the applicability of various schemes of land acquisition and resettlement for linear projects such as irrigation district and diversion project, this paper, based on the characteristics of Xiaolangdi North Shore Irrigation District, analyzes the difference between the channel engineering part of linear land acquisition and the reservoir engineering part of centralized land acquisition It is concluded that two different types of resettlement programs can reach the target value of production resettlement. However, the analysis methods and resettlement solutions adopted for different characteristics of land acquisition are quite different. The analysis ideas, methods and conclusions in this paper can be used for reference by other water conservancy projects in order to facilitate different resettlement schemes and resettlement schemes in future project construction according to the specifications and requirements of the project itself, so as to make the resettlement scheme more feasible , To facilitate the smooth implementation of project construction.
