远程监控是指本地计算机通过网络系统(主要是广域网Internet),实现对远端生产过程的监视和控制。网间进程通信协议一般采用TCP/IP,主要模式是客户机/服务器模式。客户程序从服务器程序读取数据,客户程序和服务器程序可以独立执行,一个服务器程序的数据可以被多个客户程序访问。其主要优点是具有可靠的数据完整性和安全性控制、高效的联机事务处理能力、很好的开放性和可扩充性等等。本文以组态软件MCGS为对象,通过OFC设备和网络数据同步两种不同方法实现了客户机与服务器间信息的集成。
Remote monitoring refers to the local computer through the network system (mainly WAN Internet), to achieve the remote monitoring and control of the production process. Network communication protocols generally use TCP / IP, the main mode is the client / server mode. The client reads the data from the server program, the client program and the server program can execute independently, and the data of one server program can be accessed by multiple clients. Its main advantages are reliable data integrity and security control, efficient online transaction processing capabilities, good openness and scalability, and more. In this paper, the configuration software MCGS as the object, through the OFC equipment and network data synchronization two different ways to achieve the integration of client and server information.
