在水电工程管理当中,水利水电工程的质量和进度的好坏直接影响施工效果和工程的工期,因此,做好水利水电工程的质量管理和进度管理具有非常重大的现实意义。本文就水利水电工程建设施工的质量管理进行分析,对施工过程中的质量与进度管理进行探讨,以期提高水利水电工程建设质量及进度的管理水平。
Among hydropower project management, the quality and progress of hydropower project directly affect the construction effectiveness and project duration. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to do a good job in quality management and schedule management of hydropower projects. This paper analyzes the quality management of construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects and discusses the quality and schedule management in the process of construction so as to improve the management level of water conservancy and hydropower project construction quality and progress.
