目的 :介绍肤疡膜剂的制备及治疗下肢溃疡的临床疗效。方法 :系将成膜材料白芨胶溶于适量蒸馏水中 ,与药物及其它附加剂充分混合成均浆 ,用刮板制成膜剂。药膜局部敷于溃疡创面 ,用无菌纱布包扎 ,每天换药一次。 15d为一个疗程。结果 :17例下肢溃疡患者经 1～ 3疗程的治疗 ,全部治愈 ,治愈率 10 0 %。结论 :肤疡膜剂制备简单 ,临床疗效高 ,局部应用未见不良反应。
Objective: To introduce the preparation of skin-ulcer and the clinical curative effect of treating lower extremity ulcer. Method: The film-forming material Baijiao glue dissolved in appropriate amount of distilled water, and drugs and other additives fully mixed into a homogeneous paste, scraper made of film. Local application of ulcers in the ulcer wounds, dressing with sterile gauze dressing once a day. 15d for a course of treatment. Results: 17 cases of lower limb ulcer patients treated by 1 to 3 courses, all cured, the cure rate 10 0%. Conclusion: The skin-ulcer preparation is simple and has good clinical curative effect and no adverse reactions in topical application.
