为探讨在高温环境下纳络酮能否预防小鼠中暑的发生 ,在 42℃人工气温室 ,给小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的纳络酮 ,分别观察不同剂量组小鼠受热 180 ,2 40 ,330min的生存率及平均生存时间。结果 :(1)不同时间内各剂量组小鼠存活率均较对照组降低 ;(2 )在 2 40min受热时间内 ,随剂量的增加存活率有增高的趋势 ,超过 2 40min后 ,这一趋势消失 ;(3)低、中、高剂量组平均生存时间分别为 (2 39 35± 83 99) ,(2 75 0 0± 71 40 ) ,(2 99 6 5± 46 46 )min ,均比对照组 (317 90± 45 5 1)min降低。结果提示纳络酮在预防小鼠 42℃高温中暑及提高生存率方面无明显作用
To investigate whether naloxone could prevent the onset of heat stroke in mice at high temperature, mice were injected intraperitoneally with different doses of naloxone at 42 ℃ in an artificial temperature chamber. The mice in different doses were respectively treated with 180, 240, 330min survival rate and the average survival time. Results: (1) The survival rate of mice in each dose group decreased at different time points compared with that of the control group. (2) The survival rate increased with the increase of dose within 240 minutes, and after 240 minutes Disappeared; (3) The average survival time of low, medium and high dose groups were (2 39 35 ± 83 99), (2 75 0 0 ± 71 40) and (2 99 6 5 46 46) min, Group (317 90 ± 45 5 1) min decreased. The results suggest that naloxone in the prevention of heat stroke in mice at 42 ℃ and improve the survival rate had no significant effect
