目的 通过实施农业生产结构调整 ,结合人、畜同步化疗控制湖沼垸内渠网型血吸虫病流行。方法 采用优化种植结构 ,执行间作套种 ,高效种植模式及结合农田水利建设 ,改造钉螺孳生环境及生活环境 ,人、畜化疗、阻断传染源等方法控制幸福村血吸虫病流行 ,取得较为满意效果。结果 措施后钉螺面积、活螺密度、钉螺感染率分别下降了 98.64%、75 .77%和 83 .87%。居民粪检阳性率下降了 60 .99% ,急血下降了 1 0 0 .0 0 % ,晚血病人下降了 83 .3 3 %。病牛头数下降了 67.86%。同时 ,多种经营总产值增加 3 2 40万元 ,农民生活水平得到改善。结论 开展农业产业结构调整 ,结合人、畜化疗 ,改善了生态环境 ,控制了血吸虫病流行 ,提高了农村居民生活水平。
Objective Through the implementation of agricultural production structure adjustment, combined with human, animal synchronous control of lakeside embankment in the drainage network schistosomiasis epidemic. Methods Optimized planting structure, intercropping intercropping, high-efficiency planting mode, combined with farmland water conservancy construction, transformation of snail breeding environment and living environment, human, animal chemotherapy, blocking infection source and other methods were used to control the epidemic of schistosomiasis in Xingfu village and satisfactory results were obtained. Results After the measures snail snail area, living snail density, snail infection rates decreased by 98.64%, 75.77% and 83.87%. The positive rate of residents’ fecal examination decreased by 60.99%, the acute blood drop decreased by 100.0%, and the late-blood patients decreased by 83.33%. The number of sick cattle dropped by 67.86%. In the meantime, the total output value of diversified businesses increased by 32.2 million yuan, and the living standards of peasants improved. Conclusion Adjusting the industrial structure of agriculture, combining human and animal treatment, improving the ecological environment, controlling the epidemic of schistosomiasis and improving the living standards of rural residents.
